3 Month Hiatus

While the posts have been few and far between, the b-hood rolls on. The Grande Lucina has moved to the exact shift that he posted on February 21st he didn't want to be moved to. However, with his unwaivering and total commitment to the blue and gray, he gladly accepted the shift, and thus far, one week hence, has been glad he has. While Rally and Soft Hands are now the lone soldiers of the 2nd shift, Stripes, Burger and the Lucina-meister hodl down the fort during the daylight hours.

Our fallen soldier, Butternut Rikkets, hath moved to the balloon knot of Califor... nay, the entire west coast, Fres-neck, home of the battery throwing, donkey loving, Grandma cussing whackjobs. Sheet metal you say... Break off some numbers cuh. You will indeed, as you have been since the lunar eclipse, be missed.

Ralley, regarding petrolium usage, I am sad inside near the sub-cockle area of my heart, regarding our non-carpooling trying to quit terbacci using asses. I am glad however, that you intend to move to the top of Mt. Whitney. Movies for days on the 62 inch in the small living room.

Butternut, if you ever do decide to get the Wireless Kart driving game of sorts of the new generation, give yourself a month or so to catch up with my intense skills and I'll show you how I be do online. Annatzreel.

Signing off...

It's been a week...

My my my, how things have changed. We have a fallen brother. Not really a candidate for Kimbo Slice's list of deaths. However, the Grande Lucina feels as if this may be partially his fault. Premonitions of bad things aside, had it not been a relative of mine involved, the message of one playing favorites to another perhaps never would have been brought up. One never knows now, but that is how I feel. Now, the talk of different shifts. So, Dumbledorf will move, Slice Face won't, Ear Hair won't, but the brotherhood members will get shifted hard bad cold nasty. Ace and Gary still'll leave at 4 or earlier every day. I'll take a day shift if it's available and not the old crew I had before. Elsewise, I'd like to stay right where I am.

I miss my friend. Rally, don't you feel like it isn't the same around here right now. I have to look at the little crack head and it makes me angry. I don't like to be that way. A small little piece of my heart was taken on the day of the only total lunar eclipse of 08.

But at least Saturday is still in the works. Yes!!!!

New College Football Rules

There are several new rule changes announced for college football today. All of these must be approved by the NCAA rules committee, as well as a vote of conference commissioners. There are several, intended to speed up the game at the behest of the television networks. Whatever! TV don't run this bitch, the brotherhood does. Here's how I feel about these proposed changes... Stripes, chime in please.

1. Elimination of the "horse collar" tackle. This was outlawed via 15 yard personal foul penalty in the NFL after the 2004 season when Roy Williams injured 4 players using this technique. The NCAA should have outlawed it that year as well, but they are a defunct, stupid organization full of really smart people. Confucius say: A person is smart, people are stupid. I like this rule however. Get in position and don't tackle like a bitch. Step up and hit someone cuh.

2. An out of bounds play will be similar to a first down, in that the clock will start again when the ball is set, rather than when the ball is snapped. Whatever! Inside of 2 minutes in a half, however, the clock will start on snap to "protect the integrity of the 2 minute offense." Kinda bunk, no big deal though. Besides, inside two minutes is where the most timeouts are taken, so TV gets as many commercial breaks as needed.

3. The 5 yard face mask penalty is eliminated. Hmm, so the rule reads something like this: "if the tackler grabs and immediately releases the face mask, with no impact on the runner and no impact on the safety of the player, there shall be no penalty. The SEC coordinator of officials said that play is a "non-entity." Whatever! What about the defenders fingers, aren't they in danger? I hope this one doesn't pass. Besides, when a player nearly rips off someone's head, it should be a 20 yard penalty.

There are other inconsequential rule changes to which I will proudly say: Whatever!

An Open Letter to Rally

Oh, how you have been missed? Let me count the ways. [removes socks for extra counting digits] The answer is 26. I will list two of them here:
1. I don't like running an area with no forklifts.
2. Who else will warm my thighs.? Kif? I think not!
So, in summary, I hope that upon arrival there shall be numerous additions to the movie list. I want to know your thoughts upon cinematic adventures experienced hence. One of mine: The Nines. The dude from Van Wilder makes a triple character appearance inside of 1 and a half hours. The movie is broken in to three short stories, each with the same actors playing different characters. The scenes are interrelated only through supernatural goings-on. 7/8thscscs of the way through the movie, and I still had no clue what was going one per se, but I was captivated nonetheless. By the end of the show, it was all wrapped up nicely. I enjoyed this movie. And I'm going to say this right now, I thought the fat girl was cute. Not a policy of mine, but she was alright.
Hope you health improves so you can come "work" which is, intentionally, in quotes.

Weekend Update

As my ribs, once again feel damaged, the way Britney Spears' crotch must, I finish my leftover pizza. I beleive that leftover pizza is the only way to eat it. I have, on many an occasion bought a pizza, baked it (Papa Murphy's of course), sliced it's face and put in the refigerator for later consumption. I don't make it a habit, but I have done it before. The Pro Bowl is about to start, my brother is sick, and my wife is gone. What a fun Sunday?!!. Buttsecks. Oh well. Monday, I shall return to more employees wanting to get well on work hours. Football is on, however, must watch.

A case of mistaken identity

This is how it went down: My brother, Rally, was granted an epiphany by Janus the Goddess of Portholes. I added an ingredient to this malice contacting 2 marauders to do our Rally's bidding. With rapidity, the thing took shape, and it was glorious in it's simplicity. ESPN Instant Classic, right? We are happy with the preliminary results, but, it goes over like a white guy with corn braids. I become the recipient scapegoat by proxy and prostrate myself at the feet of my PM, Maplebar McMasters. He, apparently, was offended thinking it was targeting his candybar affliction. I assured him it was only so he could sit closely with his new found friends and do his special digestive system function research. He's a bright one. Still doesn't know I put sugar, equal, Vitamin C, Airborne, and ascorbic acid in place of his NaCl. The moral of the story shall be as such; inadvertent assumption of responsibility for a well-thought malintended chicane was done hesitantly, but out of respect. Long Live Bob Marley! (in spirit, and stuff)

Excellent take CC. I just hit the witching hour on a Donnerstag. I wish we could work 3 12's. I could suffer thru 3 12's much better then the sufferage of 5 8's. Anyways i have been on the floor tonight for a total of 3 minutes. I am still angry about the flat and getting stuck. I wonder what my kids look like? I know they are cute because everyone who sees them on a regular basis tells me. As far as working the swing you will learn different things that much is true but you will also forget any resembalance of what a family life is like. It is funny how you met a CGM after 8 months. That is less time then I have been on second shift for the second time. The first time it was three years. I dread the option though. 7am with silicon racer and candi stripes with the eye drops. I still wonder if I will ever make it out of the vampire shift. At least I get to watch 2 movies a night instead of hanging out with my kids. I am sure they will understand when I get time off for their graduation because that is how long I see myself on the 3:12 to hell. What ever! on the experiance upper M. How about the hours I will never get back with my kids. Any way you paint it the connections get you the good hours and the cgm. I see neither in my near future. In the words of one of the best PMs ever "Mike you need to put your time in Bitss" never mind how they never made money on my watch. I know people and I have stock so shut up.

Ralley

Rally's 1000 Movie Voyage for 2008

  • Loves unending Legacy....Western written by Jannette Oak. I have read all of her books. Christian based but as with most movies it does not even come close to the books.
  • Nanny Diarries...My wife cried..It tears at your heart for a second...Good snapshot at how the rich really act when not putting on heirs.
  • Life of David Hale...Good solid flick
  • 21 Grams...This is one of the best movies I have every forced myself to suffer through. I was completly confused in the beginning and almost turned it off when the big scene comes which you can see froma mile away. When ever I watch a movie and feel like I have it so good compared to them I thank the director. Most likely the best tragedy I have ever scene. Mostly becauseit was believable. I was impressed how it tacled the issue of "life is Bad" no matter who you are at times wiether you are a "have or "have not" wiether you deserve it or not.
  • Stir og Echos.... Had to turn it off. Could not handle the death of a little one.
  • Training Day....Corruption is amazing to me always.
  • Last Samuri....One of the best movies I have seen again and again. I think it was so cool how they compared the Indians to the samuri in life and how both the US and Japan were dealing with the issues using simular questionable tactics.
  • Kings of South Beach....It was OK. I think the main gangster wasweak in his role. half way decent baser!
  • Rescuers down under....Real good for the kids.
  • Hunchback Of Notre Dame....It was good for my kids.
  • The last Castle..It was ok but Redford as a general never flys for me. A real general has his hair high and tight not long and unkept.
  • The Reef.... Cute kids movie cartoon about the ocean.
  • Swan Princess The enchanted treasure.. My daughter loves the all the swan princess's. My son is bored out of his mind.
  • Dinosaur....OK but it acared my kids but that was cool because they wanted to watch it on my lap.
  • Spy Games....Good movie...Nice spy movie.
  • Traffic..... Loved it. Solid performances from all involved
  • Rock City Detriot....Boy did this movie remind me of middle school
  • Moving Mcallister....Cute chick flick. My wife would have liked it. The best scene was throwing up in the hot tub.
  • Nomad the Warrior....It was good. My fourth favorite for the year. It was like watching my step Dad play 25 diiferent roles in a movie. They all look the same to me.
  • Afgan Kings....not a recomend it was ok but not for the rental price at BB
  • Paris Te ame...some frensh subtitles a collabaration od 20 directors.
  • The Brave one....my 3rd favorite this year. female dexter whos vengence has a code like dexter.
  • Enemy At the Gate.... One of the Best Sniper movies ever.
  • Bad Santa.... Funny and sad wrapped up in a Santa Suit.
  • A Quiet Man....about a dude who wants to kill his fellow office workers and winds up becoming an office hero and does something else in the end instead.
  • King of California
  • 8 Mile
  • Once
  • Shooter, The (2007) ....Good. maybe the 3rd best sniper movie catagory. The home made exsplosives were BS. I would buy it on sale in the 4 for $20 sectiom at Block Buster.
  • Shoot 'em Up (2007)... I loved it. I will buy it. If you like obsurd shoot em up movies with plots that defy making any real sense then this is your movie. I love being able to escape in a movie and from the very first shot fired I knew I was in make believe world.
  • Good Luck Chuck (2007) ....Five great chuckles for the antics of Dane Cook.
  • TMNT (2007) Right next to my son's favorite Spiderman 3. He will turn into a TMNT if we let him watch it to much. We had hide his TMNT mask because it was starting to get weird living with Rafeal.
  • Surf's Up (2007) ....Great kids movie!!! We watched it over and over. Great as a baby sitter while we try to get jiggy with it. Jeff Bridges makes for a great older surfer voice.
  • War (2007) .... Liked it just before I fell asleep.
  • Last Legion, The (2007)....One of my 2007 favorites. The girl is so hot I actually replayed all of her fight scenes. I really did enjoy this movie.
  • Ghost Rider (2007) .... What a way to F-up a chance to come out with one of the sickest movies ever.
  • Knocked Up (2007) ....If you don't like this movie I will most likey hate you so stay away.
  • Evan Almighty (2007) ....Loved it but not as much as Bruce Almighty. Steve Carrol will always make me laugh. His second >$100 million movie.
  • Golden Compass, The (2007) ....a root canel is a better option!!!!!
  • Pirates Of The Caribbean: At World's End (2007) .... I love all dem Pirates movies. All these movies make me love the ride even more at Disney.
  • Wild Hogs (2007)...Someone will like it. I just don't hang out with those who would. Almost made me laugh. My wife loved it. What ever that means.
  • Smokin' Aces (2007)....Crazy enuff for me to like. Anything filmed in Tahoe I will love. The .50 sniper riffle was epic when the sniper was getting her gun off.
  • 300 (2007).... I was tripped out by it. I want to buy it and add it to the collection.
  • Superbad (2007) ....Good for so many reasons. Raunchy in so many ways. I have already heard so many quotes from my friends that crack me up when I hear them so it must be a must buy.
  • Spider-man 3 (2007)..... Not the best of the 3. The Sand man was cool but gave my Daughter Nightmares. My son watches it over and over again in his Spiderman suit.
  • Shrek The Third (2007).....It was 1/2 good. The best parts were the frogs in the funeral and Snow White Charging the Trees to the beat of Rock music.
  • Simpsons Movie, The (2007).... I was bummed because I wish it never came out and I had bought it. What makes it worse is that I bought it for a friend for Christmas and I wish I gave him a fruitcake instead. He would probably have hated me less.
  • Transformers: The Movie (2007).....It was one of the best movies I bought my son (me) for Christmas. I love the chicks in it and when the Transformers transform you are left with mouth open thinking how cool was that? Especially the jets!
  • Bourne Ultimatum, The (2007).....Yes! Yes! Yes! 8/10 I think all Bourne movies are off the fasizzle for rizzle.
  • Ocean's Thirteen (2007).....It was OK. I would buy the trilogy if it was on sell for 75% off.
  • Resident Evil: Extinction (2007).....I think this was done already in Mad Max, and 10 other movies. Anyways, I think you need to see it if you have wasted the time to watch the other R.E. But forget it if you are looking for closure because we are in for another R.E. due to the ending hinting at that.
  • Dora the Mermaid.....What can I say? My daughter loved it but her ability to reason is hampered by the fact that she is 5. On top of that all mermaids in her world are cool right now.
  • Hoodwinked.....The best kids/parent movie since Chicken Little. It has a leiderhosen wearing lumberjack named Mr. Kuykendall. How cool is that?
  • X-Men 3..... The best of the three in my opinion. The Golden Gate getting moved was sick.
  • X-Men 2..... I like the special effects.
  • X-Men 1.5.... OK
  • 3:10 to Yuma Great bad guy!!! Best supporting actor nomination in my book. Almost overshadows the Aussie with his performance.
  • The Kingdom 7/10 it has a couple of red shells like JG in a real knife fight... Please!
  • Sydney White--5 star chick flick. It will make your balls shrink.
  • Illigal Tender- Opps I fell asleep
  • Eastern Promise My Favorite 2008
  • 7 Kilos...Somewhere between bored to death or should I whack off instead? Great twist at the end I did not see coming.
