Once again, there are myriad problems with the white. I found 4 tickets with different pre-fits on the same ticket. I just made copies and crossed out one door on one and the other door on the other. I also found G5JJ30 bifolds square in the middle of the regular bifold run. I removed those, made a copy of that ticket and put it with the core tickets.
There is a big run of raw hdbd bifolds- 392 of them. Instead of doing presses of 45’s by stapling three tickets together, because, again, they came in presses of 15, I removed some of the tickets, changed the appropriate numbers and did 7 loads of 50, a load of 40, and the remaining 2 are on another ticket. I spent 20 minutes stapling all the other b/f tickets together. I had the press guys set up the adjustables by L2 up high so they can fit 45 doors in there, and had all of L4’s partials pressed either in the hot press or the adjustables down on that end. When they ran out of presses, they pulled fullies over until the presses cleared, then ran partials again. Afterall, they aren’t using the full presses anyway… but titan is never wrong. Click click. Stutter.
Not to mention, the hog is bust, so I am going to try and get a couple of coffins made tonight for scrap wood, since the table saw hopper is full. I asked Hansen to not let anyone come and dump their shit in that back corner. Nerdo thinks that the compactor won’t come out until Monday because of the weather, so we might need to coffin some trash too, if prehangs compactor fills up.
I’m pretty sure our numbers are going to be crap tonight. I started out 10 people short, but 5 showed up an hour or more late. I got a hyster stuck trying to get an empty glue tote because graveyard actually filled one so full that the funnel was full of glue water. We have one inside now, and another empty down the ramp of door 20, that four people can carry in if needed. I know; I’ve seen me do it.
I seriously took an hour prepping this schedule with making copies, marking it for cuts and stapling the tickets. But, again, at least the office ladies’ job is easier. This is absolute bull sh*t. The office is running hot and true though. It’s in Quasi-nose-o's ball court piece. I’m so mad.
And yes, both the usage of the semicolon and the word “myriad” are proper. Recognize.

I agree. However, I'm glad that the carpal tunnel crew can rest assured that their jobs have been facilitated for ease so as to not ruffle any feathers. We all know that the smell starts wafting when they ruffle they tail feathers. Bitcc's. Good thing Ace Buutypownder is part of our team!
